Who we are

Silverleaf Watercolor School is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for this website.

What we collect

• Order details (name, email, billing details) when you buy. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never see your full card number.
• Messages you send us by email.
• Basic usage data through cookies and the Meta Pixel, where you allow it.

Why we use it

To deliver your course by email, provide access, answer your questions, process refunds, and understand and improve our advertising.

Cookies and Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and purchases from our ads. Visitors from the UK are asked for consent first and can decline. You can clear your choice at any time by deleting your browser's site data.

Your rights (GDPR and UK GDPR)

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to us from the address you used to buy to use any of these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law requires and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
